@ShiftySituation, this is from Fiverr's TOS:
"All communications, information and files exchange should be performed exclusively using Fiverr's messaging system." - aka you need to deliver your orders manually using the order page exclusively, you can't automate the process, because if the customer runs with your work (he did this intentionally or not, we'll never know, but he left you in trouble, because he didn't respond to your instructions, so your gig cannot be completed, you lost that order and $4), Fiverr can do nothing other than suggesting to contact your customer
i'd say it was your mutual fault, because you let your customer take your work before he responds to your instructions and because Fiverr has this system what you don't know before experiencing it
but i agree, it's retarded that you can't deliver an order until the buyer doesn't respond to your instructions, however there's no perfect solution for this, because if you're offering a backlinking service for instance, you can't start the work until you don't know the website of you customer, hence you cannot deliver until they don't respond to your instructions, at the same time in other cases you shouldn't need to wait for the buyer...
that's why i removed all the instructions from my gigs and i try to include them in the description now
