The minor method is by law. Meaning this is not an exploit of system rather a legal exploit. And there is nothing that Facebook can do about this unless they want to be slapped with heavy penalty from the respective govt where they are registered to operate. Alternatively Facebook can stop new account registration for minors ( a big negative step to take and will drive down their user base significantly). :)

Facebook can easily detect if you're under bypassing service or something
 
The minor thing doesnt work since you have to be up to 13 to sign up on FB and the law is for minors below 13.

the solution to the account must be less than 12 years old to be input to the signup form,

but it only allows if your are in the country that minors are in a privacy.

in my country we have the law that set to be minors are in a privacy or what ever terms it be.

and also you have to verify your account using a legit mobile number.

note: the account must be in a normal type don't do something suspicious or you will be in under the Facebook jail.
