I will be honest this is something I learned the hard way.
When I first started , I kept jumping from one thing to another . Tried different diets , followed random workout plans , even looked into supplements thinking that's what I was missing . Every week it felt like there was something new I had to try .
But the funny part ? I was not even consistent with the basics .
Eventually I got tried of it and just kept things simple ate cleaner ( not perfect ) , worked out a few times a week , and stopped chasing every new "method" . That's when I actually started seeing results .
So for me , fitness was not complicated I was the one making it complicated .
If anyone else went through the same phase ? Or do you think the fitness industry makes it confusing on purpose?
