Get payment first, if using crypto. After you make sure you have the funds, you can release the site. Dont trust random "escrow" crypto sites

Yes i will only accept crypto if i get it at my wallet. No other site between.

I sold a dozen small websites in the past 2 years on flippa. Mostly to users with no transaction history. If you strictly follow escrow steps one by one, there's no risk. communicate only in flippa message section and continue transfer process according to escrow. no need to ignore all new users if they verified their credit cards and especially if they're from tier-1 countries. good luck
