I have a weibo account, I followed those interesting verified(or not) account. Almost every celebrity have V account, someone even have over ten millions followers. I usually look up ranking list of the popular post, they are the most hot issue Chinese people care.

you can scan qr code and use it on your PC (web.wechat) , it seems to be better built than whatsapp, etc

seems to work alongside weibo (which I don't have an account for)

it also has a feature where you can send a random message in a bottle and anyone can pick it up, or you can go pick up messages. These can be voice messages, picture messages ,etc

you can easily make your own stickers and emoticons form any picture on your phone/google image search

you can have huge group chats too


as well as this you can see who is near you, mainly chinese people using it though

Weibo combines Twitter and Facebook, you can post videos, photos, music and more, but you can only write 280 characters. And you can follow anyone you like and see anyone's post. It likes supermarkets.
QQ like a family, you can add friends, but the friends mush allow you add. And every qq have their own qzone, and post their own things.

you are wrong, QQ Users> weixin, and they are from the same company, you can login with a same account.PC-QQ. Mobile-weixin. btw, Almost all Chinese Netizens have at least 1 account.
