Start reading about SEO. Build your blog and focus on keywords with low competition. Add a ton of useful content to your blog. Create social media accounts (Instagram, Faebook, Twitter), Add people and share your content with them.

First step is to learn. Read about everything (AM, seo, aso, offline businesses, payment processors, revenue percentages, profit calculations, market research... Programming might be a good thing too, depends on what you're trying to accomplish) until you know how it all works and what things mean.
Next step is research and third step is taking action.
While doing the first step, get yourself a side job and pile some money for the third step.
That's the best way of doing it, however might take a bit longer than a day or two...
