First domain name flipping?

So before some days i bought a domain just to flip it on flippa ! i didnt believed that it will get any bids but it got one today
So i read around the forums some things!
1: watch the people that are bidding
2: always use escrow

i have some questions and if someone can have a skype chat with me i will appreciate it a lot

1: what i have to watch on the people that are bidding?
2: i signed up on escrow but as long as i played around the website i cant understand how to work with it!
3:if the domain is sold its easy to transfer the domain name ? i never done it before ( *** NOOOB***)

Your domain registrar will do the transfer for you. See whether the bidder has some previous track record of buying or not.
My 2 cents.....

i talked to live chat on my namecheap account and they told me how to deliver on different website and on the same website! Kinda complicated but i saved everything on a txt and i hope i dont do any msitakes

i saw that escrow have big fees and im not talking for a big sale :O
so i think im going to use paypal! I read somewhere that meathead who is expert and i respect his knownledge on it is using paypal for <1000$ !
Any tips for not getting scammed?
