Hello forum :) Happy easter to everyone :)

So before some days i bought a domain just to flip it on flippa ! i didnt believed that it will get any bids but it got one today :p :D
So i read around the forums some things!
1: watch the people that are bidding
    2: always use escrow

i have some questions and if someone can have a skype chat with me i will appreciate it a lot :)

1: what i have to watch on the people that are bidding?
2: i signed up on escrow but as long as i played around the website i cant understand how to work with it!
3:if the domain is sold its easy to transfer the domain name ? i never done it before :D ( *** NOOOB***) :)

Again happy easter to everyone and i appreciate your help :)

Your domain registrar will do the transfer for you. See whether the bidder has some previous track record of buying or not.
    My 2 cents.....
