Thank you my friend for the luck, I dont know what you just said with the RDP etc, so now I have something new to look into, thank you!!

Day 7 Major Update:
I decided to delete a bad short that wasn't doing good, I took a look at it again, it ruins the flow of the current shorts
and remembering the last positive trigger I had, when I deleted a bad video everything went up in engagement. I decided to do the same thing,
rinse and repeat.

Two positive triggers that worked and two things I did again:
1. Looked at the shorts again, to ensure quality and no half ass job was done. Deleted one short, it was the worst one and lowest views.
2. I seen how good progress was with 1 short a day so I did it one more time posting 1 short today including deleting a bad short, so two things that worked I combined.
Tomorrow I will do 4-5 shorts a day again for the next 4 days like before to see what happens

Additional Updates:
3. I updated the tags, descriptions, title optimization to make sure the keyword blends with what the video is about.
4. I made a playlist to organize my shorts. From a blog I was reading, it mentioned having a playlist, YouTube will understand more on what your videos are about.

New Updates:
It turns out today was the best performing day, majority of videos are now hitting thousands range and first 3.5k views hit on a single short.
Likes, comments, views, subs all have went up.

Two notes that are important moving forward:
1. Having a bad quality short (half ass job) lowers visibility on ALL the shorts (confirmed with the second attempt)
2. Naturally posting compared to automated posting 4-5 a day for example, could be something to look into and see if videos go down in engagement.

(I will post pictures when I see updated analytics since time zone difference, I have to wait for YouTube to update the page)

goodluck bro. i wish you success
Thank you brother likewise
Best of luck man! I was also planning to create a channel but finding clips and creating videos is very time consuming for me.
Thank you man, yes it could be time consuming. Theres automated ways of fast forwarding a youtube channel and getting paid, but you wont learn much on what you need to do. Have to manually do it first and BIG NO to buying YT channels seems like a big headache, dealing with this seller that seller, worrying about accounts being shut, not getting paid because of some past violations etc. Rather just do it all yourself so it could take time doing it this way

can you tell me more about automated ways? I can't give time to edits because of other works

one issue you might face is with monetization, make sure it is not something you get stuck at a later stage after tons of work

Good to know thank you very much, then this would be good news on one point, I picked the niche I would like to focus on the later stage as well so the shorts relate to it.

Will leave report after,

Update Day 9:

I released a long format video today to see how it would react after a week of increasing engagements, and went bad. Almost 0 engagement on the video compared to the shorts with thousands in views. I guess there is a difference to learn between trying to rank the both. I will wait a few days to see how it goes, that being said I will take the next 2 weeks to create content to get it out of the way

Good luck sometimes youtube can be a roller coster but enjoy the road, wish you the best.
Roller Coaster is the perfect definition to describe YT lol, thank you buddy for the kind wishes

Hello, hope everyone is doing well.

Update Day 18:
I have not been updating consistently, ive been more focused on trying to plan the next steps for these cashcows to be automated. After getting a glance of how YouTube could be,
I am going to dedicate instead to 2 channels rather than 1 and have found a better solution to making videos.

My problem now:
Keep making videos by the day to much time taken and not enough focus on the optimizing as a whole as a Youtube Studio Account such as playlists, keywords in titles, proper hashtags.

My plan for the next 2-3 weeks:
I will focus on finishing 10 long format videos for each youtube page, 10-15 minutes each.
I will plan ahead 30-40 shorts a month / per channel
With this having out of the way, I could have the videos on autopilot running everyday which allows me more time passively to focus on optimizations and making content same days for upcoming events etc.

Would like to overall spend 20-25 hours a month on the channels, rather than 2-3 hours a day

Latest results:
Videos are hitting 1.5k views to 6k views. Deleted all the videos that hit less than 1k.
