Firebase Phone Auth Android Problem - Help!

Hello, in my application that I coded with React Native and use Firebase Phone Auth, I am having a problem on some devices in the Android part, the SMS code is not coming, this is very strange, I sent an e-mail to Firebase for this, I wanted to write here in my spare time, has anyone experienced such a problem? I shared the error I received below, but there is no problem especially on iOS devices when auth phone verification is turned on. What could be the reason for this instability of Android? For example, while Xiaomi receives SMS on the device, it does not on the Oppo device. Please I expect your support. Thanks
