i have logged in back after many years. I can find precise location of any Indian number. i want to see if there is any demand for this service through this post. Will decide about the sales thread accordingly

You need to do proper market research, maybe start a small setup first to check the demand? Just a word of mouth wont be enough. Put a price tag and start the service, fb going to be your best bet to get your first customer.

I had tried many tools for a few numbers here in USA, none of them worked well.

Mobile networks doesn’t share any if their data without a legal pull from somewhere.
