Finding Keywords for a new TV Series [HELP NEEDED]

Hello everybody,

First of all, theres is a TV series show which has been released on October in 2013 and will be continued, but the thing is using google keyword finder i can't find keywords for that tv show, the ones like "watch dr house online", "glee episodes online" i hope you understand what kind of kw's i am talking about.

What could be a solution for this? Is there any other way to find kw's for this project or i just have to guess?

Thanks in advance for your help guys, i know that there will be some people who allready faced this and knows the solution.

Actually, it's not so complicated. You have difficulties finding the keywords regarding that TV Series simply because it's too new. Go and digg what keywords people search for Dr.House (if that was your example) and replace Dr.House with your TV Show.

Yea i thought about that, but i know that i want to be 100% sure, people will be using this search term, don't want to work my a$$ off in ranking for kw's that people won't be searching for, but your idea will be my Plan B if there are no other solutions for this.

Btw, it was released on Oct 2013, it should be enough for google to gather all the information till now and give me those golden nuggets haha.

if you do not see it in keyword research, it probably gets few searches, at least in adwords.

The only way to test is to make your own list of keywords, and buy PPC traffic for the terms to see which ones get traffic.

Unles you have a keyword tool that Does not rely on Google's adword planner.

Oh well, than it means i will have to take the plan b and guess the keywords.
Hopefully i will be accurate enough hehe.

Yeah, that's your best bet here. You can easily guess KWs, just think of yourself as the viewer. What would you type in google to search the TV series? watch "xyz" online,watch "xyz" online for free, etc etc

May be no one is talking about it as yet. May be no one talked about it when it was aired in Oct, '13. Are you sure you want to try it still?

It reminds me of an old marketing tale. It goes like this:

Two sports shoes companies send their salesmen to one remote but rich African country to see if they can sell their products there. The 1st salesman reports back: "No one wears any footwear here, so no market for our product here". The other one calls back his company immediately: "Send few promotion experts immediately... no one is STILL using any footwear here, so no other company is interested... we can have the entire country to ourselves!"


Result: This country now wins all the short and long distance running events all over the world with ease! (this is a bit too exaggerated, but lol you get the point!)
