You can find the keyword by using some keyword tools.
But you have to check that keywords competition manually. Dont rely on keywords tool difficulty.

Google trend is free and effective, but it doesn't give exact volume, just trends as its name says

Of course kws with low search volumn is worth targeting. They are called long tail kws. Sometime long tail kws convert better.
