Finding good quality editors for long form youtube content

I have previously relied on Fiver to find editors but then I ran into a quality issue which seems to inhibit my growth, I was wondering if anyone knows a site for good quality editors and visuals that is affordable and produces good quality?

Fiverr quality is hit or miss because you are looking at the portfolio and not the actual process behind it. For long form, I have seen people find solid editors through YouTube creator communities on Discord or by reaching out directly to editors who already work on similar content in your niche. Another option is LinkedIn. Search for video editor with YouTube in the bio and you will find people who actually understand long form storytelling.
