Finding cheap freelance workers

Hey,

I've decided to hire free lancers to delegate most of my work, the question is:

Where should I be looking to find cheap workers? The work required isn't too difficult so quality shouldn't be that big of an issue.

Most people on Fiverr have been accustomed to big pay so it's a no go for me.

I've heard of some people hiring Vietnamese/ Philippines who speak English directly, how can this be achieved?

I've heard that onlinejobs(.)ph is the perfect site for what you are trying to achieve.
No real personal experience with it since you can only post jobs if you pay money.

Yes that’s where I hire from. You get a lot of applicants, they don’t expect too much pay and most importantly Philippines generally seem really nice to deal with from my experience.

Cheap usually means less quality, so just be careful with that.. I understand that project isn't that big but you should still aim to do it right. There are different types of employees on Upwork and from different countries, so you should check that out.
