find out ip address etc from just email address?

hi everyone, i have a youtube channel where i upload local tv series and entertainment etc however there is a new channel and he told me to get rid of all videos that infringe a specific person's copyright.

i didn't do as he said and he reported over 15 videos and got 2 strikes and got my vids taken down. now i know he is NOT the man he claims to be, and he just wants to make money for himself. and if i dont stop him now he will come back for all the videos i uploaded to re upload them himself and make money.

i however know his email address due to his manual report.

how can i get his ip address, and real life information like address etc? to show him who's boss and let me make my money.

not possible. If you have received a mail from him, then it's easier to have his IP.

If you are using gmail, then :

It's in the e-mail header.

in google tap how to find IP address of the email sender (esp)

cheers guys I will contact him and follow that link

send him an email with an image link to a pic on your server, if his client allows html email, then you get his real ip once he opens the email.

So Mr Gangsta are you going to turn up at his address and cap his ass ?

The think about comments like this is the percentage of people willing and/or able to take things into someones home is almost zero, in the grand scale of things.
Something else to think about ( if you move in these circles ) is expect a visit to your own home with added interest in return.
