It's slow and not working properly.
example - Browsec detect as "is not a proxy"

To click the connection's tab in the internet options window. Click the LAN Setting button. If there is a checkmark in the box and next to the proxy server for a LAN option, then your pc access web through a proxy server. There is no checkmark in the box, your computer does not use the proxy server.

The same issue for me. I found the script here:http://www.proxyornot.com/script.php Maybe needs editing.
