Want to start a niche site, but no idea which niche to pick?

Do this:
  1. Go to Ahrefs Content Explorer
  2. Look up a generic keyword that's associated with niche sites. E.g. "best" or "review"

    Set the following filters:
  1. Website traffic: 5,000 - 300,000
  2. Website DR: 0 - 35
  3. Language: English
  4. One Page Per Domain

Bam - you get a list of websites that drive a top of traffic with a relatively low DR score. Go through the results and find a niche that works for you.

Not sure if there is any existing Ahrefs GP in the marketplace lately. I would suggest you team up with two or three people then you guys can split the payment accordingly..

It is a good path but too basic, in the end you may be in a niche that you do not like. It's not bad to start with, but by using it on something that motivates you, you will earn more in the long run.

Use that with similar web and boom. Money shower

You can simply filter the keywords based in ahrefs keyword difficulty & search volume,
They're basically using their UR & DR metrics to set the difficulty for these keywords already,
I do personally prefer Semrush for this kind of research, while none of them is totally accurate, Semrush tend to give a better KD

i dont know about other people but i always use all in title and it work like charm

Teaming up for a shared Ahrefs account can indeed be cost-effective. Additionally, have you considered looking into any promotional offers or trials that Ahrefs might offer? Sometimes, they have special deals for new users or limited-time offers that significantly reduce the cost.

Passion plays a big role. Using Ahrefs gets you the data, but blending it with a niche you're excited about? That's where the magic happens.

Titles can certainly play a crucial role in attracting readers. However, the approach I mentioned with Ahrefs Content Explorer focuses more on finding potentially profitable niche ideas by analyzing existing websites. It's a way to identify niches that might have untapped potential, which can be a valuable strategy for niche site creation.
