I create softwares, bots and scrapers. Thats my service. Ok i look on youtube.

Try post an ad on upwork, fiverr etc. Good to at least start you off. Maybe just create some bots yourself then try market them?

Clients for what product ? Or for which service ?
Things are quite evolved nowadays. The wrong marketing would result in waste of time (and resources).
You need clients for potatoes or for tomatoes or for pizzas or for sushis ? Or for anti-virus software or for content writing ?
Apply the same concept to your business. Because, even if you can get prospective clients for free, if you provide them incomplete information, they will not bother about you and they will move on to your competitors. Time is a very valuable resource for people. Prospective clients would expect complete information provided in an effective manner, in order for them to decide.
Likewise, you need to mention what product or service you want to reach clients (for free), only then practical suggestions can be given. Internet marketing is not like how it was in the 90's. It is no longer "one size fits all".
In all aspects of business, leave no room for wild assumptions : This is my suggestion. Get atleast your very basics in place, before you even think of getting clients, or even for getting any suggestions towards any business.
Anyways, each one to their own.

You want to find leads to get in touch with to sell your service? You can try cold emailing leads from linkedin. This is the cheapest option.
Use linkedin to target then scrape and enrich your data with the contact details of the users, there are tools that do that, anymail finder for example. They have a free plan to get started with.

For bots and scrapers, just get a JR.VIP and open a service. BHW is the best market for that kind of stuff!
