Find Another Site's Plugins

Hello,

I don't know if this is in the right section or not, but it's the best place I saw to ask this question. I want to know if there are any free tools out there (or any ways to do this manually) that can tell you what plugins a wordpress site is using. I think there's a tool that let's you know what theme a site is using, but is there a similar tool that can tell you about the plugins?

Or you can try manually by browsing the page that you are seeing the plugin in action and viewing the website source (CTRL + U) and after this you just make a simple search with the keyword plugin, (CTRL + F) and you can see all the plugins that the specific page that you are viewing have in action...
