Find a Gem? Need advice about this domain!

Hi guys !

I need your advice about a particular domain. The domain has DA17 and has 127 bcklinks some from .edu others from source like elitefitness and more. The website was in the CBD niche and dosent seem to have any penalty.

I would like to sell it but dont know how to figured out a price for that domain !?

Seen the domain name.

Average spammy backlink profile, no history to speak of (entire domain is just 2 years old), obviously used for affiliate purposes and you can't even see anything in Archive or Domain tools.

$50 - 100 at best for me, just because it's a cannabis niche. And first, someone must be willing to pay that.
