FINALLY!!! BloodyNinja's LinkedIn Journey

UPDATE:

Finally launched new linkedin campaign. As mentioned before, this time using autoresponder for sending messages right after connecting with someone. Guess what??? It looks like CTR went from 10% to 20%!!!!

Update:

LinkedIn campaign is running well. Seeing a bit skewed data for Monday in analytics, seems like we have left own footprints in statistics during testing. Will report on this later this week.

Fiverr is running well, current daily average $39.2. Should be $56.6 to reach monthly goal ($1700). Hope this will improve after adding premium gigs.

Tomorrow working on e-mail sales funnel. Need around 10 letters with educational materials.

UPDATE:

this figure demonstrates what already works and what I am working on right now:

Too tired to write detailed analysis :) In short, things are going well. Probably will add more details tomorrow

I've been trying to find a thread about ranking top of fiverrs search engine for relevance that was posted about a year ago, it explained it pretty extensively. I'm wondering if you learned how to rank for that filter through a thread here as it might be the same one.

I have read many threads and e-books about Fiverr but have no idea what particular thread you are talking about.

Almost everything I know about Fiverr search engine I learned via own testing. Only today I had performed and documented 13 separate tests. I have a special wiki page, where I document every test in a format close to scientific.

To be honest, ranking gigs is easy part. The hard part is getting them into search. Sometimes they just don't want to appear there. E.g. I have performed over 50 separate tests and still haven't found a way to get a gig with "Pinterest" word in title and tags into search in "Social media marketing" category. I am willing to pay $100 to anyone with working and reproducible solution :) (not a joke)

Yep was a long shot but oh well. Do you know what fiverr is like with affiliate links? I plan to upsell through affiliates when I launch my gigs this week (hopefully)

Have you made the wiki page private?

Do you mean whether Fiverr would tolerate you giving affiliate links to customers or not? Some links like YT or Picasa are allowed for showcasing portfolio works but I am not sure whether they check those links manually or not. Sending any link or e-mail besides allowed ones will get your gig denied for the first time or account banned on the second infraction.

You may try putting aff link somewhere in a video or may be in description under it but I would consider that overly risky.
Other way is to deliver finished work as a file (or attach report as a file) and put links there. Many sellers I talked to believe that Fiverr never checks attached files. I acknowledge such possibility but personally would not test it on my money accounts as well :)
What I do to diddle buyers out of their contacts is creating a service, which kind of requires some credentials (e.g. social media account, e-mail, etc). Then, when I have their e-mail, I put all details I managed to get (usually pretty much everything) into Pipedrive CRM, which is connected via API to e-mailing software with event-triggered sending. Whenever I check some order as "won" (in my workflow means finished), it goes straight into e-mailing funnel. Currently this works in sandbox mode because I am working on e-mail content. When I am finished with this, I plan to earn from this funnel much more than earning currently from Fiverr itself because I will have ultra targeted list plus multiple offers mixed with educational materials containing actually valuable information.

Regarding wiki page, I have Redmine wiki installed on a private server. It is only accessible to higher management in my company (just a few persons) who are involved in creating protocols (instructions). Each protocol has a version on it. When we change something in a protocol, all managers involved in it's creation receive an automatic notification. Then their task is to save PDF from the newest version of the protocol and send to all assistants who is using this protocol, mentioning what was changed since the last version. I haven't found any wiki solutions with configurable access rights to allow VAs reading some articles but not all. For now Redmine works fine in a way described above.

thanks

what do you mean by taking more advantage of demographics?

This is how my LinkedIn bot looks like when you "spy" on it. Currently running 10 threads (e.g. browser windows) in parallel. It can run in silent mode (means you don't see anything) but when you "spy" on it through terminal, looks really cool :) 10 browser windows run fully on autopilot 100% emulating normal user activity. It runs 24/7 without needing any interruption. I can schedule tasks for months ahead.

Update:

Bad news: I was busy and still haven't managed to write e-mail funnel for upselling leads from Fiverr and Linkedin.

Bad news 2: due to lack of time hadn't corrected and re-launched LinkedIn campaign. I have changes in mind but my team members were so busy that we just missed deadlines (and there's no sense in re-launching the campaign right before weekend). So the new campaign will start on Monday.

In the new campaign I will be testing quite interesting approach. I will have three packages of service, two having regular price and the third one being discounted to the second one's price. E.g. if normal prices were $10, $20 and $30, I would start offering the same packages for $10, $20 and $20.

This approach is based on a few scientific studies but I'm being lazy to search for links.

Good news: Fiverr is developing on autopilot. My assistant handles orders and executes them via automated bots. Communication is streamlined and 80% based on pre-written templates. Rankings are increasing everyday just because I get so many orders. Currently around 50 orders in que and I started ranking for some serious words.
Today was another $200 day on Fiverr. Fiverr is already averaging $60/day in profit (means $75/day in sales). I think I will reach $2000 / month pace in this month. If I actually manage to do that, this will mean that I kickstarted Fiverr from ZERO to $2000 / month in just two months! Sometimes I feel like competing against kids on Fiverr. BAD PAPA :)

In general
Meanwhile, I managed to communicate with all top competitors of mine, gathered some intelligence on them. Some proposed non-annihilation pacts meaning we are not going to destroy eachother's business via means of reporting our SM networks. I agreed with everyone on these terms, although actually I am READY to take a hit. All content of my accounts, all connections and all sensible information is backed up weekly. I have "shitstorm scenario" instructions and can deploy new infrastructure very quickly. Not saying I would like to be attacked but I am prepared :)

ALSO

I don't remember if I mentioned that before or not but I started creating additional 200 LinkedIn accounts. They are quite costly but I will try to quickly return this investment back. Creating and filling them manually would be hell of a lot of work but I will be using a private MultiLoginApp (http://multiloginapp.com) release (which is currently being tested), which supports AUTOMATION PLUGINS. This means I can automate ANY mundane task in browser. It's very similar to iMacros but better because you have more control over the process and can access multiple accounts without hassles. With this automation it's still a lot of work (especially data preparation, copywriting etc) but more easily digestible and can be done within a reasonable timeframe.

Yep, the gigs I would target would require me to deliver as an attachment in excel so I'm glad about that. The only reason I'm playing around and testing with fiverr is to hopefully get the upsells to these affiliates.

I've published 3 gigs this week for fairly competitive gigs but no luck in ranking after testing a few things like video vs image, email verified fb verified accounts, keyword stuffed description vs natural description. Am I going in the right direction with this or am I way off? Have you got any tips to possibly rank higher.

General advice for ranking gigs is take what your most successful competitors do as a starting point and begin testing from there.

Personally I never verify Fiverr accounts, I even don't add names but the reason is not related to ranking anyhow. Videos improve rankings but lower CTR due to big "play" watermark, which covers half of the pic. Also, I had no luck adding thumbnail as either the first or the last frame because Fiverr's thumbnail editing mechanism is not precise enough to catch that frame. Even when I managed to catch it and save, it would actually save another frame. So I don't use videos even though they boost rankings a bit. I think better CTR is more important than ranking 1-2 (if any) positions upper.

Keyword stuffing is a good idea but
a) there are some nuances to it (hint: Fiverr search engine is super dumb and utilizes very simple programming logic. If you think a bit how a programmer would code a simple search engine, you will understand how and why Fiverr search works :) )
b) better sales copy > badly readable kw stuffed text. Because you can rank later through good avg. customer review but you can't sell good with shitty sales copy. I should note here that 98% of Fiverr sellers have both shitty sales copy and gig pics. It is not hard to outcompete them in these two things.

Have you got some impressions, clicks? How many? What was CTR and conversion if any? If there was more than 200 views and zero sales, look into your offer and sales copy first.

I personally rate conversion rates (orders / impressions) as following:
4-5% - meh
7-10% - good
12-14% - best

btw one tip. simply skip females. skip them completely. your ban rate will lower... [ make sure your own profiles are female ]

Do you mean avoid sending messages to females on LinkedIn or what?

One of the threads i couldn't skip a word of. truly amazing man how you take every bit of your work serious.

Thanks!!! You nailed it :) It is indeed how I work because I was so tired of businesses that required my everyday attention that now my mind works in the following way:
a) I don't do some manual work (like answering clients) to get this particular work done. I do it to create patterns for other person to follow, so he/she can perform the same work at the same or better level than me without any interruption on my part.
b) I don't sell anything to make X amount of profit, I sell it to get a client for life
c) I don't build business to work in it, I build a business that can work without me (so I can sell it at any point to move onto something greater)

-------------------------------------

RAW JOURNEY UPDATES:

1. I was slacking off in the beginning of this week, felt totally burned out after 2 months of non-stop everyday work. So there were no great achievements on my part. However, there still were some results because my team was working even without my active involvement.

2. Fiverr went to $60 avg. gross profit / day, then decreased to $55 avg. gross profit per day because I started working on system robustness and increasing NET profit margins. This required eliminating work outsourcing as it was causing many problems. Also in this week experiencing a decline in volume of sales but don't know if this is "seasonal" (in the beginning of month sales are usually better than in the end) or a result of some changes I had to temporarily introduce in my gigs.

3. My colleague has found a way to get Pinterest service into Fiverr search. If you read some previous posts in this journey, I offered $100 to anyone who would give me a working method. I guess $100 goes to my colleague now :D

4. Another colleague is looking for simple mailing system and mail template building systems. I was so used to using complex custom written mailing machines and outsourcing every template to professionals that realized only a few days ago I had no idea how to quickly build a simple mail template and send it to 200-300 customers. I guess this is what happens when you delegate most of the work to someone else :)

5. To the date did around $2300 in gross profit of planned $3600 for this month (63%)

6. Looking for a technical copywriter. Created a job post on upwork, set payment as "hourly, intermediate level ($8-$28)" and got only 8 applications, which rarely happened before. Usually I get like 50-60 applicants for every job. I even don't know what's wrong, should look for "expert level" specialists?

7. Member of my team has found a way to further increase number of messages sent per profile on LinkedIn. This will significantly every campaign's ROI.

8. Still struggling to write e-mail funnel. The worst part: at the moment no one can do it for me.

9. Dropped the idea of designing clickfunnels landings by myself. Although I feel I would like it, it turned out to be too time consuming. By the way, I already have two clickfunnels T-shirt. May be you need one? :D
To somehow emulate what I wanted to do in clickfunnels, my colleague installed "upsell on checkout" plugins on our WP properties. Will make a clickfunnels website (featured in the scheme posted before in this thread as "Introductory services website #2 with upsells" ) later. Another colleague is trying to fine-tune Google Analytics, bc there's some problem with tracking visitors returning from PayPal after payment. Basically, referrer information drops and it is somehow related to woocommerce. This is not good bc I need where converted visitors came from.

10. LinkedIn profile creation automation is ready and currently being tested. It is really awesome as it emulates how actual human types in data. Also, we might add mouse movements emulation later but I don't think LinkedIn tracks such things at the moment.

11. LinkedIn profile data entry automation will be finished within a week. After that it will take around 1,5 weeks to create 200 new profiles. The data for those profiles is ready. These additional profiles will solve MANY problems that I currently have.

12. Because currently I cannot increase traffic to my web properties (due to lack of LinkedIn profiles), I really hope to increase revenues in the following week with aid of a) upsell plugin b) mailing to existing contacts

13. Today launching the second service on Introductory services website #1. This service was previously tested on Fiverr and there's a significant demand for it. I will first try to funnels buyers of the first service offered on the same website to buy the new service.

14. Later today I will post analysis of the latest A/B test for service #1 of Introductory services website #1

Just a few moments ago got bad news. We have hit connection request sending limit, which we were not aware about before. I have instructed the team how to handle this situation with minimal losses.

Urgently need more accounts :(
