Filter for thread titles

Hi,

is it possible to implement a filter / check for thread titles that blocks posting threads that have an url as thread title. I guess mod time is spend better when they don't need to check 'n' delete those reported threads.

It takes a couple of seconds to ban each spam account and I'm usually online around the time it happens, though sometimes I get distracted when I have to respond to a thread.

Anyway, I considered bringing this up to the admins in the past, but I never got around to it. The idea I was going to suggest was to block members from using protocols in their thread titles, but this might restrict certain discussions on site migration. I suppose a filter that detects and blocks full URLs (http://sitename.com) would be better, but I'm not in charge of implementing those types of features on this forum.

There were other suggestions I was going to make as well, but I'm not going to go into detail about those.

I did a little research. As this board seems to run on XenForo, it offers spam phrases that could be used to autoblock posting.
I'm not sure for now if those phrases take a regexp. But there're some more advanced anti-spam plugins, like https://xenforo.com/community/resources/stophumanspam-anti-human-spam.1480/
