HTTP to HTTPS Migration

hey i want to migrate my http to https without ranking loose
done:
1) install ssl certificate
2) 301 redirect http://www.domain.com and http://domain.com to https://domain.com
3) create new property in GWT for https://domain.com, upload new sitemap with https links, let crawl

so now in my http://domain.com the sitemap isnt available because of http->https redirect.
and google still indexed my https
all right?
i need connect the new https property with my analytics new thats right?

any mistakes?

I see that you are using the method outlined by quicksprout. I'm considering doing a switch to https too, but still looking for information/experiences from others. Hopefully someone who has done the transition can chip in to this thread.

OP: Is your website just a normal blog/website or is it an ecommerce site?

I doubt it'll have a major effect
