This is totally ridiculous. Even though this is a BH forum, we are generating actual sales here, not frauding companies.

If we are going to make this as a distinction of fraud EVERYTHING can be fraud from car salesman misrepresenting a used vehicle to get a sale to little Johnny selling lemonade claiming to use fresh lemons when his product actually uses Kool Aid. Sure, its unethical but its the American...and many others way. I think its good to point out that this is a BH forum that doesn't always follow the terms set forth by the people who pay us. It's just like using loopholes in the tax code if there is an opportunity to take advantage of a weak spot in the system, people will do it.
