Be very careful about who you are going to hire... some will simply fill your forum with crappy posts and nonsense.. and some will charge too much for each post that you can effort it on long term unless you have a huge budget and even then you may pay too much for it.

You need at least 40.000 posts to get started with your forum and it will take you a year or more to get it started and get people posting without to pay them for it.

Be prepared of hard work. I would find a VA or 2 to help you but hire them on am onthly basis not per post!!

Maybe since it's about mental health you could actually go to other forums and social profiles about this and lead them to your forum. I mean I would hate to go to a mental health forum and know that most of the posts were fake.
