Press CTRL + S -> Select The site -> Go to Transfer Settings Tab -> Check Limit Simultaneous connections and keep max as 1.

Disconnect, wait and reconnect. It should work.

p.s. you need to add the site first. Do not use quick connect.

Didn't work. All of my login informations are correct but it's not working. Could it be because of the error that I see on Cpanel? 1641319711365.png

Can you check DNS records of ftp.[censored].tld in the screenshots? Maybe your machine can't reach to ftp subdomain.

Hmm on another thought.. you are entering the wrong host. Try pinging it from your terminal first. The FTP account message has nothing to do with that I suppose. The existing FTP account you have should still work.

You mean Cpanel? yeah i can. I created an FTP account on FTP page yesterday
On filezilla type:
Hostname: domain-name.com
Username: same-as-the-one-on-cpanel
Password: same-as-the-one-on-cpanel

On filezilla type:
Hostname: domain-name.com
Username: same-as-the-one-on-cpanel
Password: same-as-the-one-on-cpanel
that's exactly what i did

Yes, you did it wrong.
Your cpanel username can't be @gmail.com or any other email; if you domain is: aff-website.com your username will be something like "affweb".
Look at the email you got from godaddy when you bought the webhost, you should have the login info there.
