Perhaps I'm being highly suspicious but then because of all these here today gone tomorrow file hosts maybe not.

You both have nearly the same post counts, and you both joined around the sound time.

However these PPA Pay Per Action file hosts are small fry operating with limited/no resources hence small uploads and no PPD.

Also they nearly all ask for users addresses, phone numbers, zip codes, so I ask all who joined do you know this person and would you supply that info to any stranger.

Just because he posts here does not make him/her legit and trustworthy.
