Hey guys,

I'm super curious to find out how to get a tweet trending in a certain topic.
Here is what I mean:

Step 1: a twitter user follows a topic:

Step 2: the twitter user starts to see tweets from the topic he/she started to follow:

(I already highlighted a keyword that someone used to get his tweet featured in the Startups topic, but I think it is not that simple)

I tried to post stuff on different topics from my twitter account with some decent following and none of my tweets took off and signal that the tweet is featured in a specific topic. Even though I used same keywords as other people use.

What's the algo behind it? should I have these keywords in my account bio? or should I have let's say 50 tweets about startups before the algo allows my tweets to get featured in this topic. One of my Startups related tweets got 18 organic likes within 24hrs but I don't see them coming from people outside of my follower base. Which means that the algorithm didn't pick up my tweet :(

Please let me know if some of you guys figured out how to the algo works. If we find how it works, it basically can lead to great organic growth of any twitter account.

Twitter algorithm is designed to make people hate themselves and others
