Refs have missed calls on all sides, but have also made some great calls. Bad calls have hurt every team so far. Please stop creating your own narrative. Football|Soccer is corrupt, but so is literally every other sport, so either be suspicious of the entire program or go with it, but don't pick and choose and don't blame the refs or say the Cup is already decided.
Brazil won without the refs, as has every other team who won. There were plenty of uncalled penalties perpetrated against Neymar that should have been cards or pks(He would constantly get elbowed in the head as he drove to goal). No game has been close enough to be decided by refs, this isn't like Korea-Italy. If you want to look at a team that's been constantly abused by refs year after year with some interesting video evidence, look at Italy.
USA won even though they played terribly, and were missing 3 top players for much of the match. That was interesting and such a mess.
Portugal flopped as we knew they would, as did Spain. So far the fixtures have gone exactly the way I predicted so far, except for the high scoring. Should have placed some bets.
