I was going to reply to a thread here, about porn uploading. A member seemed stuck with a few leads. So I'll write my tips here.
I ain't going to spoon feed ya'll with everything. Will keep it short and sweet.
First of all speak to affiliate managers of the paysite/s you want to promote via tube uploading. Tell them you want to promote their paysite/s via tube uploading.
If possible, ask for non-watermarked videos from them.

- Cut the video down to 6, 8 or 10 minutes long
- Add your watermark
- Add outro to the video.
This all depends on how serious you are as an affiliate marketer in the adult industry.
Tips:
- Quality of the video, length, uniqueness of title & description matter a lot.
- Don't opt for PPL. Go with RevShare if your into the long run, or PPS for quick cash.
- Constant uploads matter.
- Shemale converts better then normal straight porn.
- Use TSS for uploads
- Organize yourself with the uploads.
- When you hit a good sum of $$$ - scale it up!
