Since no tool can detect PBN links, so the answer maybe no such things, but general tools like ahref, KWFinder, longtaipro, may give you a rough idea.
Sometimes, No. 1 result got only 20 links showed in a tool does not necessarily means it got only 20 links, it may got 20 more PBN links hidden, but not always, dont afraid, check 2-3 pages and see the competition level too, if even page 2 is damn severe, it may smells sth, means page 1 may got some hidden links, not always.
