Few questions about PBN ?

Hello guys ,
im willing to build a new private PBN but I have few questions about the mechanism
First of all I need to know if I'm using the same IP subnet for multiple domains will it affect the PBN ?
I'm planning to have like 500 domain and I thought I can host them at 10 vps for example and each vps will own 5 ips 1 for each site but i'd pretty sure those 5 IP for each vps will be in the subnet
The second question is about the expired domain and TLDs ?
actually, I'm thinking in buy new domains with none TLDs domains like .app .store .website and so on I need to know if this is gonna affect the PBN
The third and last question is about the content?
should I have a lot of content for each domain or 20 to 30 articles per domain is enough ?

- I would rather use completely different IP classes to make it look more natural.
- If you will use new domains instead of expired high authority domains, if I understand it right, there is no point of bulding PBNs. And no, PBN TLD will not affect them as long as they have authority with live backlinks.
- 20-30 are good enough but if possible adding more articles with time will make them look more real to Google.

The goal is NOT to build typical link farm PBN blogs. Rather focus on building each of them like individual money sites.

If your domains have no backlinks and no authority (= new domains in all aspects), then how would it be useful to rank the sites that you will link them to?

Of course, you can buy expired dropped domains just like new domains over any domain registrar but they're not new, in the sense that they already have backlinks and authority.

Why not using something like buybulkhosting so it can save time installing each VPS?

Actually because I love to take control of the server to configure and handle the way I like

Your taking the whole process completely wrong,
Such a pbn would work back in 2010 maybe, but not today, it will get you nowhere,
You should focus on getting a few decent domains with decent link profiles, registering and hosting them separately, different hosting companies, locations, etc...
For their onpage, you'll have to start by recovering the old content, making a variety of designs & structures and let them age for a while before adding articles and linking to your website(s),

Overall, you really should avoid the trashy bulk built PBN with new domains, same hosting and spun content,
It's simply full of footprints in the 1st place and not something worth investing for,

For the domains TLDs, it doesn't actually matter, what you should look for is good domains with decent links & clean history,
This is more common with the most used TLDs, but you can find exceptions, don't avoid them

my biggest problem with the concept that my pbn will not be built-in English language its in a different language
so its near to impossible for me find any aged domains with Arabic content because my main websites all in arabic
what I'm thinking to do is have this huge network with new domains with good not spun content and got them a punch of tire 3 BL let them age for 3 to 4 months then start building links to money site
I'm not saying this correct I'm just telling what I have in mind
 
Get important info in your local language. Connect it with your PBN content. You can alos post them on mian SM profiles.Use few decent SEO domains. If it has no backlink you can blast it directly with GSA. It give faster result than web 2.0.

Well, this should do work,
just make sure to register the domains in separate days/months and keep some decent tier 2 links and it should work
