Well I am starting a pay per call campaign where I'll target a service in specified geo.
So I am having some problems regarding buying a domain for my campaign.

Q1. Should I buy a service+geo domain like electriciannewyork.com or an common expired aged domain.

Q2. Do expired domains hold their DA or PA metrics or are useless?

Q3. Do domains in GD expired and GD closeouts retain their authority metrics?

Q4. How easy/hard is to outrank a site with DA 10 and PA 23 with a difficulty of 12 in keyword revealer
