Few instagram Mega Bot questions

Hey guys!
I've recently converted from luigis instagram bot to megabot and have a few questions please.

In settings, what does "master delay" mean? Is this the time it counts down in the case when your account gets an error?

Also, does run wait 1 and run wait 2 mean that the bot makes an action at a random interval between these figures?
For example If I set it to
Run wait 1: 30
Run wait 2: 60.
It will comment/like/whatever somewhere between 30 seconds and 60 seconds?

Last question:
Hypothetically... If I make 5 instagram accounts, load them in along with 5 private proxys, and set the bot to comment, will each account that is loaded in, make a comment on the exact same images? Or will they each choose different images from the same tags/keywords?

I think they have a support you can email your question to if nobody answers your question here

As I know, megabots can only login with one account for doing order, its say multiple account that only you can login next for selecting other account without reloggin
Correct me if I'm wrong

Can you use master delay and random wait together?
I'm getting the feeling that they are intended to be used separately, however this is not clear in the video provided with software, when they are outlined back to back.
