Hi, I'm Phoebe (You can call me Pheebs) and to be perfectly candid I really don't have a clue what i'm doing in regards to the internet and forums...yet. So please do tell me if I do something wrong!

My plan is to use my skills in English Language and writing to help people with their content creation. I have a baHons and a masters degree (both first class). I also want to start a blog, though the prospect is quite, no scratch that, VERY scary for me. I have a whole lot to learn and hopefully everything will turn out for the best. :):p

Welcome to BHW. I'm sure you'll find plenty of jobs here on BHW because quality writing is the most important thing on each website.

Thanks that's what I'm hoping! If you could point me in the right direction in terms of where I can find people who want help that would be much appreciated...I could do proofreading or write a little something, maybe help with creative ideas too.

I understand I won't be able to earn anything just yet but that's ok. Everyone has to start somewhere and i'd be happy to be using my abilities to help people :)

Go to the freebies and giveaway section, see what others are doing. You won't get paid but could gain experience in writing for others

Thanks for the advice. I have just posted offering a free 400 word article for 5 people! Excited and nervous!
 
Morning! I would really appreciate some help. So I took the advice and offered a free article to 5 people. I wrote the first one (on cryptocurrencies) and the person I wrote it for is asking me for a price for more articles. Since I am not yet eligible to post in the marketplace what do I do? I am only just getting started with this so it's a little bit overwhelming (and exciting!).

I very nearly studied at MBS, had it not been for my sport. It's a lovely city to study in, very lively and great campus locations.

Did you do your MA in English language or literature?

I am going to be candid and say that I don't feel comfortable answering too many of those type of questions. I hope you don't take offense to that :)
 
Wow, this seems like a lifetime ago now! Thanks for reminding me how far I have come in such a short time!

I have learned so much from here in the past 4 months!

I'm like a sponge, soaking it all in.

Not so naive anymore either!
