There are people who do that for a living. If you can't do it or you're not ready to learn about it, you can always hire social media manager to run your profiles. I see that kind of offers on Upwork daily.

Dear friend, patience is the most important success-key in this Internet marketing field.
So, never give up your hope.

I am telling you some methods please apply that:
1. Open Social Media accounts for your Company in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc etc. Use the Exact name of your company when you open those accounts.
2. Now start & share posts from those accounts . It may be some news, some informations etc but in regular manner.
3. Try to generate some like & followers; you can either hire some freelancers or agency or you can do it yourself by joining some groups or posting through some popular fan pages etc etc.
4. Use the help of some softwares like: e-Clincher , to post from your social media accounts on regular manner with automatic function.
5. You can use the Advertisement services of FB, Twitter to spread your post to the Maximum targeted customers within your target locations.

that's it.

This 5 steps are the one & only basic methods of social media marketing. Now you just need to improvise this things!

I actually use upwork only to pay to people I know personally since I need invoices for company. Never hired unknown person.

There are ratings, skills, job histories, you can check them out and see who suits you best .

+1 for hiring a professional if you need proper results.
If you have a lot a time and are willing to learn, then do as it has been suggested, register your company to more social media sites with the same name, and start sharing your stuff. Eventually soon or later there will be some people interested in it.

Most of us won't have time to specialize in a particular area - although we try to be jack of all trades, it's really hard to be masterful to everything.
Just like Basstrackerboats mentioned earlier, if social media isn't something that you can excel in, then just delegate that task to another person that knows what to do, and that will save you time and the headache in the process.
Otherwise, if it is for a business, most probably 1-3 good social media profiles for your business would suffice, and you can just focus on that at the initial stage.

If you not good at something, hire expert for that.
