Feed Burner Validation?

Hello guys,

I'm having trouble validating my wordpress rss feed with feed burner.

can anybody share how they set up the time/date configuration in the general settings.

It seems the lastBuildDate must be an RFC-822 date-time.

I have since entered the "r" designation in this field...but get the same error.

Any working examples of this formating would be great! Thanks in advance.
