Fedex Delivered Today

It's Sunday and they are out making deliveries.

I told the driver that they should give her a day off so she could go play golf or something.

Glad for the delivery, not glad that the driver has to work on a Sunday.

P.S. - the order was not right but that is not on the driver but on the fulfillment center where they work those folks so hard they bleed from their ears sometimes.

I have someone in the family that is a huge contractor for Fedex Ground. Extremely demanding work, takes a toll on the body.

More than often these guys work non stop just to get done with the days work.

I think more people should start having a common respect for these people especially in times of crisis. They make the world go round...

I know that industry like the back of my hand as I managed 3 hubs for that kind of service.

Fedex is taking advantage of the contractors in this instance.

Had a company deliver something to me today too. Not FedEx but a more "local" one.

I tipped the guy quite a lot of money because he still seemed nice and he said he isn't doing this voluntarily. He was really thankful and I am still happy about my decision.
It was totally unexpected that I get my package today but I ain't complaining.

Fedex never stopped deliveries to India, even in the lockdown.
My shipment is due to arrive Today, Ordered 5 days ago.
