Featured Image Rotator/Automator Plugin for WordPress?

I'm curious - I have a bunch of featured images ready to go for a blog. But, I don't want to spend too much time working with them.

Is there a way to have a bot auto-add featured images to your WordPress posts, or something automated? Maybe a plugin that auto-rotates existing featured images in the WordPress media library and adds them to posts automatically with the click of a button?

One, two, or three clicks-of-a-button functionality is what I am looking for to accomplish the whole task for thousands of posts.

You are approaching this completely wrongly.

You should have added the images on POST CREATION, not now

It smells that you picked all those posts from dubious sources, and now you expect to repair the mess.

You have two options.
a) Remove all posts, get all sources back and then repost them the right way with the attached images. There are some plugins that can do this feature to some extent.
b) Somewhat similarly, you could do this with a very simple PHP script, fetching all posts and then assigning procedurally the images to each post (very easy script, think posting on Hire a Freelancer, you may have this done for no more than $50-60)

All of these images are from free stock photo websites, which are not dubious sources. I want to automate adding them to WordPress.

I have not done anything yet. I haven't published a single post. But, I have added the images to the WordPress library.

Sorry if that wasn't clear.

The dubious part is referring to the text, not the images.

Use the plugin I mentioned. It basically does what you did (downloading images from stock pages)
 
there is a free wordpress plugin that lets you randomly assign featured images to already created posts.
its callled "quick featured images", i think that should help you out.
