Bought a license for this software and use it often to manage my FB accounts. But as of Monday, i cant start the software... Went to contact support and notice that the domain fbmarketinggi.com is down. Anyone know whats up with them ?
I see that this company is now selling the exact same software... just re branded. http://www.fbmarketingautomation.com/ Did i just get screwed out of $200 ?
There is nothing you can do if they shutdown the site and rebrand it, try to chargeback the payment if you can
try to contect them on the new rebrand name: http://www.fbmarketingautomation.com/ if they dont answer, open a paypal dispute against them. buy another fb tool, like mass planner or facedominator
They responded the the initial message regarding the program error... but stopped responding once i mentioned i was an old customer of FBMarketingGI... So i guess ill just have to fork out money and pay full price for a new license... sucks
