fbmarketinggi still in business ?

Bought a license for this software and use it often to manage my FB accounts. But as of Monday, i cant start the software... Went to contact support and notice that the domain fbmarketinggi.com is down.

Anyone know whats up with them ?

Did i just get screwed out of $200 ?

There is nothing you can do if they shutdown the site and rebrand it, try to chargeback the payment if you can

if they dont answer, open a paypal dispute against them.

Contacting now... maybe they can give me a deal on a new license... hoping :-./

They responded the the initial message regarding the program error... but stopped responding once i mentioned i was an old customer of FBMarketingGI... So i guess ill just have to fork out money and pay full price for a new license... sucks
