fb says can't add username

Fb profile is mobile verified. still fb says page is not eligible to add username. so added another profile as admin which is also mobile verified but still that profile also can't put username.

any fix?

If it is a new fb page, make it active. It will be ready to add username in some days!

Since a long time. Just get ~50 likes on your page and you can change the page url.
