You can try:

2 Reels/day (e.g., at 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
1 post/day (sharing knowledge, customer stories, updates, etc.).
Stories providing updates on your daily activities.
 
Advertise on BHW
You don't necessarily have to post every day; you can post whenever you feel like it, just make sure the post or video is complete and engaging for viewers.
 
Content engagement is more important than making a milion post/day . Try like others said 1-2 post/day
 
If posting multiple times makes you tired, you can try posting all your ads at once and scheduling them all; this might help you somewhat.
 
There's no universal best schedule, but for most Facebook Pages, 1–3 quality posts per day is usually enough
 
I have actually fared better concentrating on consistency rather than quantity. It always proves more effective to post a good one or two posts daily than to be overly frequent just to be active.
