FB posting frequency?

posting multiple times is not the good way, you can try to post 1-2 articles a day, combine with using reels. traditional post is not too attractive to audience.

I don't think posting too much is a good approach; you should focus on the content of your posts.

the number of posts is not as important as the quality of the posts.i n my personal opinion, posting 3-5 posts a day is sufficient.

Whatever schedule you can actually stick to.I've seen people obsess over posting frequency while their content still sucks. I'd take 2 good posts a day over 10 rushed ones every time.

I only choose peak times, the times when most users are active, to post my articles.

for most content creators, 1-2 quality posts per day are usually more effective than 5-10 mediocre posts.
an easier approach: you could dedicate:
- 1 day/week to posting planned content.
- 1 day to writing and preparing the product.
use a post scheduling tool.
this way, you don't have to think "what to post today" every day anymore.

Post 3 to 5 times per day is fine for me. You don't need to spam your audience/potential customers.

Maintaining consistency based on frequency is the most sensible approach.
From my experience, it's not about the number of posts you make. What's more important is the content you're posting. Posting quality posts that are interesting and insightful has gotten me better results than just spamming posts. Posting quality posts when your users are the most active has often generated me the most activity with my posts.

FB posting too much gets tiring. Usually just stick to like 1–2 solid posts a day.

you can post as much as you want, but only if you have the quality content to post, if you are going for quality, you will likely only be able to post twice a day. Check your metrics so your posts are scheduled for when your followers are most active

Honestly the whole "quality not quantity" thing has been said five times already so i wont beat that horse. One thing nobody mentioned... posting too often can actually cannibalize your own reach. FB will sometimes pit your posts against each other and the newer one steals impressions from the one that was still gaining traction. Seen it happen on a couple pages i ran, dropped from 3 a day to 2 and the per post reach went up.
@jaber10 if it feels heavy thats usually a sign your batching isnt set up right, not that the number is wrong. Sit down once a week, write 8-10 posts, schedule them and forget it. The heaviness comes from deciding daily, not from the posting itself.
Also reels > static right now if you actually want reach, like @MercuryAgency said. The plain text posts barely move unless youve got a warm audience already.

1-2 quality posts per day is the sweet spot, but try to space them out by at least 6 to 8 hours. Posting too frequently can actually cannibalize your own reach, as Facebook’s algorithm pushes down your previous post before it gets any traction. Focus on 3-4 Reels a week with scheduled daily static posts so you aren't burning out trying to create heavy content every single day.

In my opinion, content quality matters much more than posting a large number of times.
Posting multiple times a day sounds like overkill unless you're a news outlet. the engagement drop-off is real. i'd aim for one solid piece of content daily, maybe two if it's a mix of quick tips and something more substantial. quality over sheer volume always wins.
