    FB Like Jacking Ninja is no more working and the seller Shezboy has conveniently closed the sales thread. Tickets opened on their support desk does not get any replies. Shezboy also does not reply to any mails. Highly unprofessional way of handling business. Never expected this from a senior member like shezboy - shame shame !

    It seems a member can post anything they want on a thread about another member without any of their points needing to be validated.

    So, to set the record straight and to fill in the void in that post made by Sikandar...

    The FB Like Jacker that we were selling here at BHW stopped working on July 15th when FB made some updates. Due to those updates we were unable to develop the plugin any further so we stopped selling it. Obviously it would make sense to close the BST thread here at BHW as the plugin was no longer being sold.

    All of our tickets at the help desk are replied to and have been replied to. As all of our support is managed at the help desk, when a customer emails us with a support related matter they are advised to use the support desk so we can assist them.

    You will notice in Sikandars post that information is missing such as dates of of any tickets they opened, the length of time the person waited for a reply and the same for any emails etc.

    However, I can help here. His ticket was created on August 1st and it did take a lot longer for us to reply to tickets during this period due to a number of work related issues. We sent out a number of emails to our customer base during this time to advise them there was a delay in us replying to support tickets but assured them all tickets would be replied to.


    I found the ticket that Sikandar opened, which was opened on August 1st and I replied to his ticket and he was offered a refund but he didn't respond to that reply.

    So, yes, we did take a lot longer to reply to that ticket, which we apologised for when we emailed our entire client base while explaining there was a delay. But Sikandar has not replied to his ticket for the past 3 days and I am awaiting his reply still.

    The reply I made to him has simply not been read by him yet.

    I'm going to jump in with my 2 cents here. I've bought quite a few of the WP plugins that have been made by @shezboy and all of them have worked flawlessly and have never caused any issues with regards to other plugins on my sites.
    In the cases where I've had to submit a ticket to ask a few questions, these have always been replied to within hours as I was curious if the plugins could do task X. Not only did I get a prompt reply, but it was always extremely courteous.
    It pisses me off on here that people come up with the most nonsensical bullshit about a service provider. As shezboy mentioned, he held his hands up and said there was a delay on this occasion. For someone to say though that there's been no reply when in actual fact they've not read the reply, it doesn't sit right with me.
    Yes, there are some sellers on here that will try and take the piss with buyers and do a bunk with their money. Shezboy isn't one of them.
