Have you tried increasing your billing threshold in your settings? That way you won't get charged every time you hit 10%.

new ad account might take time bro, also depends on your spending. if you are spending only 100$ a day you can't expect big increase in threshold.

You can (ask for a threshold) to spend, please request a maximum spend threshold to avoid it being repeated across your ad account.

Please change to another account type. I see the $5000 share limit account form from BM2500 increasing its threshold very steadily, you should try this type of account.
