Basicly i am about to lauch my own affiliate network in a few weeks time. I have most things set, tested,i would say it is fairly in beta now.
Why it is in JV? Basicly every affiliate network is a JV between the affiliate and the network.And as my network not fully operational yet, it should fall under JV i think.
