Hey, I have a celebrity radio star client who has a facebook page that was made for him by his radio station. Issue is, they also made him a duplicate facebook account on top of the page.
FB Account 1: His Personal Use Account
FB Account 2: Radio station made account
He recently went to reaccess FB Account 2, and he was required to verify his identity by submitting an ID.
When he did this, it locked him out of both accounts and he is currently in a login loop
"Click next to select how to recover the account"
"Select the session you're currently logged into"
None of these option lead any further.
I am seeking a FB expert who can pay to see this through to correction.
