[FB][CPA]Help with tracker setup?

I am having issues with tracker setup. For tracking I am using Redtrack. https://redtrack.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001416933-Facebook-Integration
I followed this exact guide. but its not tracking properly it shows me this {{ad.name}} instead of the actual name of the ad. I contacted their support but they seem to be taking too much time. http://prntscr.com/ogtn2o

Hey fat boy, how you doing?

I'll ask my developer for some advice on that, he's also a slow dude like AdGate staff.

Trying to find a higher end web dev as usual, just got a warning for that link in my fuckin thing cause I was "advertising", damn if only I needed like half a cent

I'm sorry you had thas issue. Please check out the recent email from our technical support team. There were issues with your custom domain (no SSL certificate) and some other minor settings. Hope it helps!
